"My stay at the hospital was an experience that is very difficult to explain because of the hospitality that I received which I like to thank every body and I appreciate everything that was done for me and my son, I mean every word I say it from the bottom of my heart. My stay was not only because my son got treatment from the hospital but I was excepted as a family member. From the doctor to the kitchen staff as well as the cleaners, treated me with utmost respect and affection. I really felt like I was at home with my own family because of the care and love that I received from the hospital. "Initially i was told by Alopathy doctors, that i have ankylosing spondilises. After taking pain killers for almost one year(took 3 per day), i could not get rid of the stiffness and pain. But after I undergone 21 days of treatment at Punarnava, and subsequently i followed the meditations and exercise for almost 2 months, i can feel lot of relief from the Stiffness and pain.
